Shipping policy

Every item is printed for you after you order, so orders take a little longer to arrive than stock items.

Production

Items are made within 2 to 7 business days of your order. An order containing several items may be made and shipped separately.

Delivery

Orders ship from within the United States. Delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days within the United States and 10 to 20 business days elsewhere. Tracking is emailed to you when your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Customs and duties

International orders may attract customs charges or import duties set by the destination country. These are not included in what you pay us and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and busy periods can extend them. If your order is significantly late, email us and we will chase it.
